This policy explains what data "Calm Moments" handles. We keep it to a minimum: no account, no ads, no analytics and no cross-site tracking.
1. Data that stays on your device
Your settings (scene, sound mix, breathing pattern, language), practice log (sessions, minutes, streak) and reminder time are stored in your browser's or the app's local storage (localStorage) and never uploaded. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app deletes them. All sound is synthesised live on your device; nothing is recorded and the microphone is never used.
2. Device features used by the app (Android)
Notifications: only if you turn on the daily reminder do we ask for notification permission; the reminder is scheduled locally on your device, with no server involved.
Background playback: when sound keeps playing in sleep mode or with the screen off, Android shows an ongoing "playing" notification (required for foreground services).
Keep screen on: during a session the screen is kept from switching off, and released when it ends.
Vibration: gentle haptics when the breathing guide changes phase — off by default, used only if you turn on "Vibration cues" in the breathing settings.
The app does not use location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.
3. Connections and third parties
The site and its update files are served by Cloudflare, which may briefly process connection data such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
The interface font is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when it loads, under the Google Privacy Policy.
If paid content is offered in future, web payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (under their privacy policy) and app payments by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card details.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
5. Your rights
Your data lives only on your device; you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app. Email us with any questions.
6. Children
The Service is for a general audience, is not directed at children under 13, and does not collect personal data from children.

이 방침은 「고요한 시간」가 처리하는 데이터를 설명합니다. 수집은 최소한으로 합니다: 계정 불필요, 광고 없음, 분석 도구 없음, 사이트 간 추적 없음.
1. 기기에만 저장되는 데이터
설정(장면, 소리 믹스, 호흡 리듬, 언어), 기록(횟수, 분, 연속 일수), 알림 시간은 브라우저나 앱의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 저장되며 업로드되지 않습니다. 브라우저 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다. 모든 소리는 기기에서 실시간으로 합성되며, 녹음하거나 마이크를 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 앱이 사용하는 기기 기능(Android)
알림: 「매일 알림」을 켤 때만 알림 권한을 요청하며, 알림은 서버를 거치지 않고 기기에서 예약됩니다.
백그라운드 재생: 수면 모드나 화면이 꺼진 상태에서 소리를 계속 재생할 때 「재생 중」 상시 알림이 표시됩니다(Android 포그라운드 서비스 규정).
화면 켜짐 유지: 명상 중에는 화면이 자동으로 꺼지지 않도록 하고, 끝나면 원래대로 돌립니다.
진동: 호흡 가이드가 바뀔 때의 가벼운 진동으로, 기본값은 꺼짐이며 호흡 설정에서 「진동 알림」을 켤 때만 사용합니다.
위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처 권한은 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 통신과 제3자
사이트와 업데이트 파일은 Cloudflare를 통해 제공되며, 보안과 남용 방지를 위해 IP 주소 등 접속 정보가 잠시 처리될 수 있습니다.
화면 글꼴은 Google Fonts에서 불러오며, 이때 Google이 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보를 받아 Google 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.
향후 유료 콘텐츠를 제공할 경우, 웹 결제는 Lemon Squeezy(그 개인정보 처리방침을 따름), 앱 결제는 App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 저희는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
데이터를 판매하거나 광고주와 공유하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
